The ‘yellow’ mustards are made with yellow mustards seeds, sometimes combined with sarepta mustardseeds. The exact combination depends on the kind of mustard. They have their own typical flavour and spiciness, from ultra-soft up to strong but all are characterized by a deep yellow color.
